My little boy

It’s funny how children can grow and learn and change so much in such little amounts of time.

When your pregnant people say to enjoy motherhood because it goes so fast.
They grow to quickly, they take everything in like sponges and time just flys.
It is all so true.

I had a baby not that long ago, and now I have a little boy, who poops in the toilet, gets his own drinks from the fridge to be pored and asks for cuddles with arms stretched out waiting.

He points to the ground with a snack for Ali and tells her to lay. He gets upset with things on the cartoons that he watches {like when the train came of the track}. He brings the monkey magnet to me from off the fridge and tells me what it is.
He leads you to his little table and pats the tiny chair for you to sit down. He brings me his tooth brush and tooth paste to brush his teeth. And he stands there yelling MUM MUM MUM until he has my attention for no reason at all.

He is my little boy.
No matter how many clothes he grows out of, or that he has always been taller then his friends.
He is my little boy.
No matter how independent he becomes or thinks he is.
He is my little boy.
No matter that my name has gone from Mumma, to Mummy, to Mum.
He will always be my little boy.

Feel Good Friday

I am going to start a weekly blog of inspirational things.
{And hopefully keep it up}
Whether it be a poem, saying, photo or just something lovely that I want to share, I hope it is something that makes you smile as well.
